平原水网地区湖泊群退圩还湖规划研究——以里下河射阳湖为例 被引量:10

摘要 江苏省里下河腹部湖泊湖荡地区湖泊群约41个,面积695 km2,主要以圩区形式存在,基本丧失湖泊的功能。目前涉湖市县随着社会、经济、生态发展纷纷提出退圩还湖需求,本文以射阳湖为试点进行平原水网地区湖泊群的退圩还湖规划研究,提出退圩排泥场的安置、湖泊岸线调整、功能区重新划分,进行退圩后防洪、环境、生态、经济效益分析,为其他类似湖泊退圩还湖提供参考。 There are about 41 lakes in the lake region of the abdominal part of Lixiahe River with an area of 695 km2 , which mainly exist in the form of diked area and the functions of lakes are lost basically. At present, the demands of restoring lakes from diked areas are frequently put forward by the cities or counties around and related to the lakes along with the social, eco- nomic and ecological developments therein. By taking Sheyang Lake as the pilot for the study on the planning of restoring lakes from diked areas for the group of lakes within the region of plain water network, the arrangement of the mud-disposal yards for lake-restoration, adjustment of the lake-bank boundaries, re-zoning of the function areas are proposed herein, and then the flood control, environment, ecology, economic benefit after the lake-restoration therein are analyzed as well; which can provide some references for the other similar projects of restoring lakes from diked areas concerned.
