摘要
医学整形美容点石成金的魔力使不少女性趋之若鹜,然而,其中有些做法却走入了误区,从身体美学视角看,与女性身体美的本质相悖;从哲学和文化视角看,折射出父权制社会文化对女性的压迫和对女性人格尊严的侮辱。只有重建女性的主体性,医学整形美容才有望回归人体美学的本质,真正成为女性爱美之心的一种表达方式,而不是成为女性将自己客体化和异化以获取社会资本的工具。换言之,只有重构女性主体性人格,女性才能成为医学整形美容技术的主人,而不是成为其奴隶。惟其如此,医学整形美容技术才能和女性的人格尊严和谐一致。
Nowadays plastic surgery and medical cosmetology are magically enhancing the beauty of fe-male bodies ,however , some of those practices are contrary to the essence of the beauty of female bodies from the aesthetics perspective and are reflections of the oppression on women and insult to women ’ s dignity resul-ted from the patriarchal culture from a philosophical and cultural perspective .Only to reconstruct women ’ s subjectivity , plastic and aesthetic medicine can be expected to return to the essence of the beauty of female bodies, and become a way by which women pursue their true beauty , rather than become a tool by which women make themselves objectification and alienation in order to obtain capital .In other words , only to recon-struct women ’ s subjectivity , women can become masters other than slaves of plastic and aesthetic medicine . Only in this way , plastic surgery and medical cosmetology technology can be in harmony with women ’ s digni-ty.
