摘要
目的研究大一新生的适应能力与主观幸福感之间的关系,以期缩短大一新生适应大学生活的周期,提升他们的主观幸福感。方法采用苏州大学自编的《大学生适应能力量表》和Diener等人编制的生活满意度量表(SWLS)。主观幸福感量表,对湖北某高校的267名大一新生进行问卷调查。结果①大学生主观幸福感存在性别差异(t=3.061,P<0.05);②独生子女大学生的主观幸福感显著高于非独生子女大学生(t=2.756,P<0.05);③不同生源地的大学生,在适应能力方面,存在显著差异且来自城市的大学生显著高于来自城镇的大学生和农村的大学生,城镇大学生高于农村大学生(F=3.061,P<0.05);④大一新生适应能力与主观幸福感各因子均有显著的相关(r=0.409,0.208,0.176,0.365;P<0.01)。结论女大学生的主观幸福感普遍高于男大学生;独生子女的主观幸福感普遍高于非独生子女;来自城市的大学生的适应能力优于来自城镇的,城镇的又优于来自农村的;大学生的适应能力与主观幸福感之间有很好的一致性。
Objective To explore the relationship between freshmen adaptability and subjective well-beings,in order to reduce the time of adapting college life and improve their subjective well-being. Methods This study employed the self-edit scale：the Scale on the School Adaptation of College Students by Suzhou university and Index of Well-Being, Index of General Affect to investigate 267 college students in Xianning. Results （1） Different gender of freshmen had significant differences in subjective well-being （ t = 3. 061, P 〈 0.05 ） ; （2）Only-ehild＇s subjective well-being was significantly higher than that of non-only-child （ t = 2. 756, P 〈 0.05 ） ; （3）There was a significant difference in students from different areas , students from the city were significantly superior to the students from urban and rural students and students from urban were significantly superior to the students from rural students（ F = 3. 061 ,P 〈 0.05 ） ;（4）There was also significant correlation between freshmen adaptability and subjective well-being （ r = 0. 409,0. 208,0. 176,0. 365 ; P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Female freshmen SWB is higher than male;Only child＇s SWB is higher than non-only child;College students from cities are better than from towns, those from towns are better than those from urban in adaptive capacity;There is positive correlation between adaptability and subjective well-being.
