低合金高强钢焊接接头组织性能研究

摘要 本文结合实际生产条件根据“低强匹配”原则,选取JM-100焊丝搭配WQ960高强钢的Ar(80%)+CO2(20%)混合气体保护焊工艺,在无预热、层间温度小于150℃的条件下进行多层多道焊接。对WQ960高强钢焊接接头进行了拉伸、冲击力学性能试验,并利用光学显微镜对WQ960高强钢的焊接接头的微观组织及断口进行分析。研究了焊接热输入对接头强度、焊缝和冲击韧性的影响,分析了微观组织对接头强韧性的影响以及该钢在实际生产条件下的焊接适应性。测试结果表明,在本试验条件下该钢力学性能良好,接头最大抗拉强度为865.3MPa,-20℃条件下的冲击功为50~66J,达到设计要求。
