体验式教学结合PBL教学法在骨科实习中的应用 被引量:18

摘要 骨科实习专业性强,涉及面广,专科检查复杂,新理论、新技术、新业务发展快。通过体验式教学与以问题为导向的教学方法(problem-based learning,PBL)结合,将实习期间授课模式进行改革。根据学生的认知特点和规律,通过创造实际的或重复经历的情境和机会,呈现或再现教学内容。同时强调学生的主动学习,使学习者投入于问题中,通过自主探究和合作,形成解决问题的技能和自主学习的能力,是一种能够激起学生主动学习兴趣、提高学生综合能力的教学方法。 Orthopedic internship is strongly professional with complex and special examination concerning many aspects, under the fast development of new theory, new technology and new business. We reformed the teaching mode in orthopedic internship by combing experiential teaching with problem based learning (PBL). Considering students'cognitive characteristics and laws,it creates actual or repeated situation to present teaching content. At the same time, it emphasizes the students' active learning by involving students in problem inquiry and cooperation,to form problem solving skills and the ability of autonomous learning. Generally it is a kind of new teaching mode which can arouse students' interest and improve students' comprehensive ability.
