摘要
凸轮机构是机械中一种常用机构,在自动化和半自化机械中应用非常广泛。随着计算机的普遍使用及其应用技术的发展,为凸轮机构系统的设计奠定了良好的基础。同时计算机辅助设计既提高了凸轮设计的精度,也使得凸轮机构中的基圆、滚子半径、平底倾斜角、中心距等基本尺寸的确定提供了合理的依据,而这也是凸轮机构运动学分析和设计计算中最基本的内容。
CAM mechanism, a kind of commonly-used mechanism, is widely applied in automation and half-auto machines. The com- mon use of the computer and the development of its application technology lay a good foundation for the design of CAM system. At the same time, the computer aided design not only improves the precision of CAM design, but also provides reasonable bases for determi- ning the basic sizes of base circle, roller radius, flat slope angle and center distance of CAM mechanism, which are the basic contents of kinematics analysis and design calculation in CAM mechanism.
