摘要 针对ZH型汽车圆弧齿同步带,利用CATIA软件建立汽车同步带和带轮的三维模型,通过HyperMesh软件对同步带进行网格划分,并导入多体动力学软件RecurDyn,基于MFBD刚柔耦合技术建立了汽车同步带啮合传动的动力学仿真模型,对同步带的带体和带齿上的应力进行了传动性能仿真分析,系统分析了转速和传动负载对同步带的应力分布情况的影响规律,为汽车同步带齿形设计、传动性能分析和带的橡胶及强力层等材料的选择提供了一种数字化仿真分析设计方法。 In view of ZH-type automotive arc teeth synchronous belt, this paper establishes a 3 D model of synchronous belt and pulleys by CATIA software, in which mesh generation is performed on synchronous belt by HyperMesh software, then the multi-body dynamics software RecurDyn is introduced, and the dynamic simulation model of the auto synchronous belt meshing transmission is given through the MFBD rigid-flexible coupling techniques. Analysis about transmission performance simulation is made on the stress of belt body and belt teeth, and the rule of effects of rotating speed and the transmission loading on stress distribution of synchronous belt is analyzed in detail, providing a kind of digital simulation analysis method for the tooth profile design, transmission performance analysis and the choice of materials of belts' rubber and strength level.
