摘要
传统粘土砖多层住宅结构已逐渐被淘汰,研发新型多层住宅结构体系已成发展亟需。为得到抗震性能好、造价低、施工简便的多层住宅建筑节能结构体系,提出了带斜筋的单排配筋混凝土剪力墙多层住宅节能结构。为了解其中T形截面剪力墙翼缘方向的抗震性能,进行了1个单排配筋混凝土T形截面剪力墙和1个带交叉斜筋的单排配筋混凝土T形截面剪力墙低周反复荷载试验,对比分析了2个剪力墙在翼缘方向的承载力、延性、刚度、滞回特性、耗能能力及破坏特征。试验研究表明,带交叉斜筋的单排配筋混凝土T形截面剪力墙的翼缘方向抗震性能明显优于不带斜筋的单排配筋T形截面混凝土剪力墙,可以更好地满足多层住宅结构抗震设计要求。
With the elimination of traditional clay-brick structure, new multi-story residential structure systems de- siderate to be studied. In order to construct multi-story residential buildings with better seismic behavior, lower cost and easier construction, the energy-saving multi-storey RC shear wall structure with bidirectional single row of steel bars and inclined reinforcements is proposed by the authors. In onder to study the seismic performance of this new shear wall structure, the low-frequency cyclic loading tests on one T-section shear wall with bidirectional single row of steel bars and another with bidirectional single row of steel bars and inclined reinforcements were carried out a- long their flange direction. A comparative analysis of load-carrying capacity, ductility, stiffness, hysteresis property, energy dissipation and failure characteristics between the two walls was made. It is shown that the seismic perform- ance of T-shear wall with inclined reinforcements is better than the wall without inclined reinforcements. So it is able to meet the requirements of seismic design of multi-story residential structure.
