摘要
铁路战略投送是我军战略投送的重要组成部分,处于核心地位,起着骨干作用。深入开展铁路战略投送地位、高速铁路先进技术在铁路战略投送中开发应用、组建铁路军事运输自备车队、规划铁路战略投送国防通道等关键性问题研究,主动谋划铁路战略投送保障行动,对于提升铁路战略投送能力,打造铁路战略投送核心竞争力,具有重要意义。
