白介素与急性冠脉综合征关系的研究进展 被引量：17

摘要 近年来，对动脉粥样硬化（AS）形成机制的研究发现，从早期脂质条纹形成到动脉粥样斑块形成及斑块破裂过程中，炎症因子在促进动脉粥样硬化斑块的形成，参与斑块从稳定向不稳定状态的转化，及在继发血栓形成过程中发挥重要作用。白细胞介素（IL，白介素）是淋巴因子家族中的成员，由淋巴细胞、巨噬细胞等产生，在传递信息、激活与调节免疫细胞、介导T、B细胞活化、增殖与分化及在炎症反应中起重要作用，近年来的研究也发现某些IL类型与急性冠脉综合征（ACS）关系密切，本文将就此方面做一综述。
