摘要
目的观察复方丹参滴丸联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗冠心病合并高脂血症患者的临床疗效。方法纳入冠心病合并高脂血症患者182例,采用随机数表法分为两组,对照组给予瑞舒伐他汀钙进行治疗,观察组在瑞舒伐他汀钙治疗的基础上,联合使用复方丹参滴丸,疗程为8周,比较治疗前后两组患者心功能参数、血脂水平、血液流变学指标及临床疗效的变化。结果对照组总有效率为79.1%;观察组总有效率为93.4%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组患者治疗后比较,观察组患者心功能指标如射血分数(LVEF)、心排血量(CO)、心脏指数(CI)增加及左室舒张末内径(LVEDD)下降,血脂水平TC、TG、LDL-C下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);而全血高切黏度、血小板聚集率、血浆黏度虽下降,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论复方丹参滴丸联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗冠心病合并高脂血症能提高临床疗效,改善患者心脏功能、血脂水平及血液流变学状态。
Objective To observe the curative effect of Fufang Danshen Gutta Pills combining rosuvastatin on coronary heart disease （CHD） complicating hyperlipidemia. Methods CHD patients （n=182） were randomly divided into control group treated with rosuvastatin calcium and observation group treated with Fufang Danshen Gutta Pills combining rosuvastatin for 8 w. The changes of heart functional parameters, blood fat level, hemorrheological indexes and curative effect were compared between two groups before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate was 79.1%in control group and 93.4%in observation group （P〈0.05）. In observation group, LVEF, cardiac output （CO） and cardiac index （CI） increased, and LVEDD and levels of total cholesterol （TC）, triglyceride （TG） and low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol （LDL-C） decreased （P〈0.05） compared with control group after treatment. The indexes of whole blood reduced viscosity at high share rate, platelet aggregation rate and plasma viscosity decreased, but had no statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Fufang Danshen Gutta Pills combining rosuvastatin can improve the curative effect, heart function and hemorrheological condition, and reduce blood fat level and in the patients with CHD complicating hyperlipidemia.
