The paper discusses the distribution and types of groundwater resources of Shenzhen City in detail,analyzes the quantity and quality of groundwater,indicates the rish occurence area and bright future utilization.The suggestions in accordance with problems of development and utilization of groundwater resources are advanced in the paper.
