摘要
本文试图通过分析技术进步的贡献以及R＆D投入，找到农村工业在知识经济条件下的可持续发展之路。认为应该以知识经济发展为契机，选择节约资本，偏用劳动的技术来提高科技进步的贡献率，调整北京农村工业地域结构和产业构成，引导技术引进阶段向技术改良阶段转变，使得北京农村工业由依靠资金投入推动发展的外延式发展阶段向以技术进步为主导推动发展的内涵式发展阶段转变，从而促进可持续发展。
This paper is aim to find the way for sustainable development under the background of knowledge economy of industries in countryside after analyzing tech-progress contribution and R& D inputs. Main conclusions are taking development of knowledge economy to achieve internal development; leading development stage's turnaround; accelerating sustainable development of industries in Beijing's countryside through selecting technologies in capital-saving and labor-using; and so on.
