摘要
本文对某水库工程EPC总承包合同内容的组成进行分析,分别从具体工作内容、费用构成、权利义务等方面进行描述,并总结了采用EPC总承包模式完成工程建设的优点。
The composition of EPC general contract contents in a reservoir project is analyzed in the paper. Specific work content, fee structure, rights, obligations and other aspects are described respectively. Advantages of adopting EPC general contracting mode for the completion of project construction are summarized.
