摘要
针对南水北调中线工程中双洎河渡槽跨度大、体积大等结构特点,借鉴桥梁施工技术,采用DZ30/2500矩形槽移动模架进行施工。本文对移动模架的结构及原理进行介绍,同时分析了施工工艺及其施工方法,结合支架法从施工难度和经济性方面进行对比分析。通过实践证明该方法能够节省工期、提高质量,为同类型工程施工提供参考价值。
DZ30/2500 rectangular slot movable tool set is adopted for construction aiming at structure characteristics in Shuangji River Aqueduct of water diversion program nfidline project, namely, large span, large volume, etc. Structures and principles of mobile tool set are introduced in the paper. Meanwhile, construction process and construction method are analyzed, frame method is combined for comparative analysis in the aspects of construction difficulty and economy. It is proved through practice that construction duration can be saved, and quality can be improved by the method, thereby providing reference value for siuilar project construction.
