摘要
质谱(mass spectrometry,MS)技术,尤其是基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱(matrix assisted laser desorption/ionization time of flight mass spectrometry,MALDI-TOF MS),具有简便、快速及特异地分析微生物生物大分子标记物质谱图,从而实现临床微生物检验中细菌、真菌及病毒在属、种、株水平上的鉴定。MS在菌血症、尿路感染、毒素检测及耐药监测方面显示出巨大的优势,有望成为临床微生物实验室感染性疾病常用诊断方法。
Mass-spectrometric techniques, especially the matrix assisted laser desorption/ionization time of flight mass spec-trometry (MALDI-TOF MS) analyze the mass spectrum of the biomarkers of microorganism conveniently, rapidly and distinctly , demonstrating the identification of bacteria and fungus at level of genus,species and strain. In bacteremia, urinary tract infections, toxin detection and drug resistance monitoring,MS shows great advantage, making it commonly-used diagnostic method of infec-tious diseases for clinical microbiology laboratory hopefully.
