摘要
目的 探讨加味四妙汤治疗宫颈人乳头瘤病毒感染的临床效果,以期提高临床治疗水平.方法 选取2010年4月～2013年4月130例宫颈人乳头瘤病毒感染患者为研究对象,分成两组,对照组予以保妇康栓治疗,观察组予以加味四妙汤治疗,比较两组治疗后临床效果.结果 对照组治愈率为27.69％,总有效率为75.38％,观察组治愈率为52.31％,总有效率为89.24％.在HPV转阴率上,对照组HPV转阴率为50.77％,观察组HPV转阴率为76.92％,两组比较有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;两组治疗后1个月、3个月的IFN-α、TNF-α和中医证候有效率上比较也有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.两组在药物安全性上比较无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 加味四妙汤治疗宫颈人乳头瘤病毒感染临床效果显著,能提高HPV转阴率.
[Abstract] Objective To observe the clinical effect of flavored simiao decoction treating human papilloma viral infec- tion, for improving the clinical treatment level. Methods A total of 130 eases with human papilloma viral infection treated in our hospital from April 2010 to April 2013 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups. The control group received Baofukang suppository, and the observation group was treated with flavored simiao decoc- tion. The clinical treatment effect of two groups was compared. Results The cure rate of the control group was 27.69%, and the total effective rate of the control group was 75.38%. For the observation group, the cure rate was 52.31%, and the total effective rate was 89.24%. The HPV negative conversion ratio of the control group was 50.77%, and that of the observation group was 76.92%. The difference between groups was significant （P〈0.05）. The IFN-ct, TNF-ct and syndrome of Chinese medicine after treatment 1 month and 3 month for two groups had significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Flavored simiao decoction treating human papilloma viral infection not only has evident clinical effect, but also can improve HPV negative conversion ratio.
