摘要
城市化进程的加快、人口的集聚、交通的发展,使得城市空间的综合利用成为必然,进而导致大量城市综合体的出现.当前,我国在城市综合体的开发建设中,存在诸多问题.通过对现状问题的总结、归纳,提出设计整合策略,以期获得理论与实践的借鉴意义.
It becomes inevitable that the speeding up of the process of the urbanization,the agglomeration of the population and the development of the transportation have made the comprehensive utilization of city space.As a result,it leads to the emergence of a large number of urban complex.At present,the city complex development and construction of our country present some problems.This paper attempts to propose integration strategies in design by summarizing present problems in order to obtain both the theoretical and practical significance.
