摘要
番茄初冬育苗除可通过调节温度、湿度、光照等来培育壮苗外,还可利用植物生长调节剂来达到培育壮苗的目的。利用常用的植物生长调节剂矮壮素1 000 mg·L-1、多效唑1 000 mg·L-1在番茄初冬育苗的2叶1心和3叶1心期进行喷施试验。结果表明,在2叶1心时喷施1 000 mg·L-1多效唑能有效减弱番茄苗顶端生长,抑制番茄苗茎秆伸长,缩短节间,使叶色浓绿,可以起到健苗壮苗的良好效果。
Quality tomato seedling production in early winter can be achieved by using of growth regulators in addition to the regulation of temperature,light and humidity. Growth regulators chlormequat 1 000 mg. L^-1, paelobutrazol 1 000 mg. L^-1 were applied at 2 and 3 true leaf stage. The results showed that 1 000 mg. L^-1 paclobutrazol applied at 2 true leaf stage effectively reduced the top growth, internode elongation, and increase the greenness of seedling.
