摘要
菊花中含有黄酮类、多糖、挥发油、氨基酸等化学成分,现代药理研究证明菊花具有抗氧化、抗炎、镇痛、抗病毒、抗菌等作用,并且对心血管系统、免疫系统以及胆固醇的代谢有一定的作用。本研究总结菊花的实验和临床的相关研究,以分析菊花的化学成分、药理作用、临床应用、食疗作用等,探讨菊花的利用途径。
Chrysanthemum contains flavonoids, volatile oils, polysaccharides, amino acids and other chemical components, modern pharmacological research shows that antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, analgesic, anti-viral, anti-bacterial, etc. , and on the cardiovascular sys- tem, immune system and cholesterol metabolism have a certain role. In this study summary of the research on experimental and clinical study of Chrysanthemum, analysis the characteristics of Chrysanthemum, explore ways of comprehensive utilization of Chrysanthemum.
