摘要
目的:对急诊专科护士规范化培训,培养专业化护理骨干队伍。方法:根据有关要求,结合云南特点,采取院前急救与院内急救、理论授课与临床实践相结合的培训方法。结果:举办"急诊专科护士规范化培训班"5期,培训护士272名,理论考试成绩平均93.5分,技术操作考试成绩平均88.2分,全部获得急诊专科护士合格证书,返回医院工作后均能较好的胜任工作。结论:加强急诊专科护士培训刻不容缓,其规范化培训模式受到参训护士及用人单位的一致的好评,并取得较好的培训效果。
Objective： To standardize nurse training and cultivate specialized nurses. Methods： Pre-hospital and in-hospital first aid, theoretical study and clinical practice are combined. Results： Standardized training for emergency nurses was opened five times. 272 nurses whose average theory test scores were 93.5 and average practical test scores were 88.2 were trained and received certificates. Conclusion： It is pressing to strengthen nurse training. Standardized training mode was highly praised by the employees and showed good effects.
