摘要
总结分析办公自动化系统性能,提高办公自动化系统响应速度。通过各种监控方法,收集系统运行数据进行比对,提出改进办公自动化系统性能的措施:增加网络带宽,数据清理、邮件处理等,应用分布布置、资源扩展、参数调优,整体提升了系统响应的速度。预防、监控、检查、优化形成闭环管理,逐步提升系统响应速度是信息系统性能管理的基础。
The performance of office automation system is summarized and analyzed to improve the response speed of office automation system. All kinds of monitoring methods are used to collect the system operation data for comparison. Measures to improve the performance of office automation system are proposed including expanding network bandwidth, cleaning data, disposing email and so on. The whole response speed of the system is improved by the application of distributed deployment, resource expansion, and parameters optimization. The closed loop management by prevention, supervision, inspection and optimization and the gradual improvement of system response speed are basis of the information system performance management.
