摘要
为了削弱电池组各单体电池的不均衡现象,提高电池组的使用寿命和效率,设计了一种矿用锂离子电池组主动均衡控制系统。该系统实时检测电池组各单体电池的电压,当电池组中单体电池最大压差超过阈值时,均衡电路开始给单体电压最低的电池进行涓流充电。试验结果表明,该系统可以使电池组充电后各单体电池最大压差控制在30mV以内,提高了电池组的使用效率。
In order to weaken imbalance of each single cell in battery units and improve battery life and efficiency, an active balancing control system of mine-used Li-ion battery units was designed. The system detects voltage of each single cell in battery units real-timely, when the maximum differential voltage of each single cell exceeds threshold value, the balancing circuit starts to trickle charge the battery with the lowest ceil voltage. The experiment results show that the system can make the maximum differential voltage of each single cell within 30 mV after battery units is charged, which improves efficiency of battery
