摘要
园林专业毕业生存在实践能力差,创新能力弱等问题,难以满足用人单位要求。应该抓住"卓越工程师计划"实施的契机,进行教育改革。借鉴博耶学术思想和欧林工程学院的教育理念,探索适合我国农林院校园林专业的人才培养理念和教育思想,以期对"卓越园林工程师"培养提供借鉴和启发。
In the teaching operation of this major, many realistic problems appeared. For example, students are lack of practical skills, as well as of innovation abilities, so that they can not meet the requirements of their future employers. Therefore we should seize the opportunity to reform the ＂Landscape Architecture＂ education based on the ＂Plan for Educating and Training Excellent Engineers＂. In this paper, Boyer＇s academic thoughts and the educational philosophy of Franklin W. Olin College of Engineering were used for reference, and talent nurturing ideas and educational thoughts of landscape architecture suitable for agricultural and forestry universities were studied, with the expectation to provide reference and inspiration for cultivating ＂Excellent Landscape Architecture Engineers＂.
