飞行情报应用模式设计

摘要 针对现行空管系统中飞行情报传统的、指定目的地址的应用模式效率低下的问题,文章提出一种基于情报信息中心自动推送的应用模式。该模式要求以情报信息中心为支点,按照既定规则与需求将飞行情报自动发送到需要的单位,同时遵循飞行情报上行/下行的工作流程。验证结果表明:该模式有效提高了飞行情报的应用效率,并从根本上解决了飞行情报在全国空管系统间传输应用的制度性问题。 Aimed at the low efficiency limitation of air traffic control(ATC) flight information's tradition- al application model, a new application model based on info center restricted sending is presented. In the new application model, the info center need to working as a pivot, and sending flight information to appropriate units according to rules and demands.
