试以交易费用理论和委托—代理理论为基础建立一个收益—成本的分析框架 ,解释企业的多元化战略行为 ,以期对企业的多元化战略决策提供帮助。
On the basis of the agency theory and transaction cost theory, a benefit\|cost analysis model is established to explain the deeds of corporate diversification strategy and provide help in the decision\|making of corporate strategies.
