摘要
目的：评价经闭孔尿道中段无张力悬吊术（ tension-free vaginal tape obturalor ，TVT-O）治疗女性压力性尿失禁（ stress urinary incontinence ，SUI）的疗效。方法：回顾并分析2010年1月～2012年12月采用 TVT-O术式治疗 SUI 的临床资料。结果：手术时间20～35 min，平均（30＆#177;5．92）min，术中出血20～50 ml，平均（40＆#177;8．94）ml，11例均治愈，术后随访6～12个月，无1例复发。结论：TVT-O治疗女性SUI操作简单，效果可靠，并发症少，是一种较为理想的方法。
Objective：To evaluate the therapeutic effects of applying tension-free obsturator tape （ TVT-O ） to treatment of women with stress urinary incontinence（SUI）.Methods：Clinical data were retrospectively examined in 11 cases with SUI undergone TVT-O between Jan.2010 and Dec.2012. Results：Operation was successful for the total 11 cases.The procedure lasted from 20 to 35 min with an average of 30 min,and intraoperative blood loss was 20 to 50 ml（mean：40 ml）.Follow-up in a period of 6 to 12 months（mean：8 months） showed no single cases of relapse.Conclusion：TVT-O seems a better option for women with SUI,for it is easy to perform and has safe outcomes and less complications.
