摘要
从理论上分析了平 -凹腔结构的双程谐波、单方向输出的腔内谐波激光器的谐波晶体腔内位置的选择 ,获得了谐波晶体与全反射镜的合理间距的解析式。
In this paper,the location of a frequency doubling crystal in a double-pass intracavity frequency doubling and plano-concave configuration's laser whose output was in one direction was analyzed in theory,and the formula of the suitable space between the frequency doubling crystal and the flat mirror was obtained.
