摘要
资源型城市在为社会提供基础资源的同时,其产业结构往往呈现出高度的非均衡性。选择替代产业,培育新型主导产业是资源型城市实现产业转型的必然选择。综合运用数据包络分析法和主成分分析法,构建了评价资源型城市产业相对有效性和产业发展潜力的二维优选模型,结合林业资源型城市———伊春市的产业特点,对伊春市产业技术和规模的相对有效性以及在未来发展的竞争潜力方面进行综合评价,确定了伊春市产业发展需要培育的主导型产业,为伊春市产业结构转型提供理论支持。
Resources-based cities provide fundamental resources for economic development, but the industrial structure of these cities characterize by high nonequilibrium. Therefore, it is a relatively practical selection that devel- ops substitution industries and supports leading industries for industry transformation of resources-based cities. In this paper, we made use of the method of Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) and Principle Component Analysis (PCA), established sediment optimization model to evaluate relative efficiency and development potential. Taking Yi-chun city, a classic forestry resources-based city, as an example, we evaluated the technology efficiency, relative efficien- cy of industry scale and development potential of Yi-chun forestry industries, and put foreward the leading industries of Yi-chun that need support from the local government.
