摘要 阐述了安全工器具全寿命周期管理的研究,主要研究的内容是将RFID技术引入到安全工器具全寿命周期管理中,实现了安全工器具的采购、检测、入库、领用、台账、检查、维护、试验、报废、监督的全过程实现信息化闭环管理;阐述了RFID技术与安全工器具的结合应用、RFID电子标签在安全工器具上的固定方式与技巧,以及配套信息管理系统的功能设计与要求,通过软硬件结合的方式实现电网企业对安全工器具的全寿命周期管理,全面集成安全工器具的全过程信息,深化对安全工器具的全方位的管理。 The article proposed the entire life management system of the electrical safety appliance, and intro- duced the RFID technology into the entire life cycle management of the safety appliance. It can implement the closed -loop management of the whole process of information: purchasing, detection, storage, recipients, ledger, inspec- tion, maintenance, experiment and scrapped of safety appliance. The article investigated the RFID technology and safety equipment for the combined application, the styles and techniques that RFID tags fixed on the safety appliance, as well as the supporting information management system. Through a combination of hardware and software, it a- chieved the entire life cycle management of the power grid enterprises, fully integrated the security apparatus of whole process information, and deepened the security apparatus of the full range of management.
