脑静脉系统血栓形成的治疗进展

摘要 颅内静脉窦及脑静脉血栓形成是一组由于多种病因导致的脑静脉系统血管病,统称脑静脉系统血栓（Cerebral venous thrombosis,CVT）.与动脉血栓相比,CVT的发病率相对较低,年发病率大约为5/100万,约占所有卒中的0.5％～1嗜[1].CVT是一种不常见的卒中类型,其危险因素具有多样性,病因复杂,临床症状缺乏特异性.目前对CVT的治疗主要有抗凝及血管内治疗等手段.本文分析国内外近年来的相关文献,对CVT的治疗进行阐述.
