不同剂量瑞舒伐他汀早期应用治疗急性冠脉综合征的疗效观察 被引量：6

摘要 目的:探讨不同剂量的瑞舒伐他汀早期应用治疗急性冠脉综合征的临床疗效。方法:选择急性冠脉综合征患者86例,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组43例。对照组给予瑞舒伐他汀10 mg/d,观察组给予瑞舒伐他汀20 mg/d,7 d后观察患者临床疗效。结果:治疗7 d后观察组88.4%总有效率明显高于对照组的76.7%(P<0.05);经过治疗后,观察组疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应的发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:早期大剂量应用瑞舒伐他汀治疗急性冠脉综合征较小剂量治疗能明显改善临床症状,减低血脂水平,但不会增加不良反应,值得临床推广。
