摘要
西南少数民族地区发展特色旅游的资源条件得天独厚。面对２１世纪的西南地区少数民族旅游业能否将资源优势转化为新的经济增长点，并保持持续稳定发展，关键在于突出民族特色，发展特色旅游，开展多种特色的旅游活动，只要采取大力开拓旅游市场心力培养人才、提供比较灵活的政策支持、强化当地居民的意识、遵守旅游开发的基本规律和加大宣传力度等措施，就一定能踏上稳步发展的崛起之路。
Developing characteristic tourist resources abound in gifts of nature in southwestern minority areas, Facing the 21st century of the southwestern minority tourism, the key to whether it can develop steady or not list in whether it can go with the stream of the world. The paper highlights the distributive national features to develop characteristic tourism, exploits tourist resources by stage to built up key tourist regions, develops in a positive way characteristic tourist activities, adopts measures to enlarge tourist load bearing capacity along with hard work to open tourist market, provides comparatively flexibly polices tourism awareness of the locals, observe the basic principles of tourism development, strengthen scales promotion and lay stress on the skilled and professional personnel training.
