摘要
采用故障树分析法,以超重型掘进机截割升降油缸失效为例,对其故障原因进行了分析,并针对掘进机特殊的使用工况,在底层故障排查中提出了分类逻辑判断法,并计划在下一步的研究中,在掘进机设计阶段引入基于故障树的计算机可靠性仿真分析,从根本上提高掘进机的可靠性。
The fault tree analysis, with super-heavy roadheader lift cylinder failure, for example, analyzes the causes of its failure, and for the boring machine special use conditions, mentioned in the underlying troubleshooting.Out of the classification logic judgment method, and plans in the next step of the study, the boring machine design stage to introduce computer-based reliability simulation fault tree analysis, and thus fundamentally improve the reliability of TBM.
