设计了一种带式输送机输送带张紧自动控制装置,在带式输送机运行过程中对松弛的输送带进行自动张紧,无需使带式输送机停止工作,经企业实际使用,该装置保证带式输送机运行的平稳,减轻了工人的劳动强度,提高了生产效率。
A automatic control tensioning device for belt conveyor is designed to realize automatic tensioning for loose belt during the conveyor operation, in other words, no need to stop conveyor working. The practical use of enterprises shows that the device ensure the smooth operation of the belt conveyor, reduce the labor intensity of workers, improve the production efficiency.
