摘要
针对矿用行星轮系的接触疲劳仿真分析问题,首先对矿用行星轮系齿轮接触疲劳的特性进行分析,建立了矿用齿轮的行星轮系三维有限元模型,从创建矿用齿轮的渐开线的齿廓和矿用齿轮模型简化与网格划分,探讨了矿用齿轮行星轮系模型的约束,其中包括矿用齿轮接触对的建立和矿用齿轮中间区的确定,得到矿用行星轮系S-N曲线,为行星轮系的优化设计奠定了基础。
