摘要 甲状腺功能亢进症(甲亢)是临床常见的内分泌系统疾病。近些年研究发现甲亢患者体内过量甲状腺激素除有高代谢症候群、神经兴奋性增强外,还易发生骨矿物质代谢紊乱与骨质疏松症。尽管很多研究报道了甲亢对于骨代谢的影响,但其具体机制仍有争议。本文将阐述甲亢对骨代谢的影响及可能机制。 Hyperthyroidism is a common clinical endocrine system diseases. In recent years the research finds that the patients with hyperthyroidism have high metabolic syndrome and nerve excitability enhancement. Besides they are also prone to bone mineral metabolism disorders and osteoporosis. Although many studies show the influence of hyperthyroidism on bone metabolism the specific mechanism is still controversial. This article discusses the influence of hyperthyroidism on bone metabolism and its possible mechanism.
