摘要
目的 探讨前倾式泪道冲洗方法的临床实用意义.方法 将5ml注射器吸满冲洗液与消毒的自制泪道冲洗器连接备用;患者取坐位,头部后仰,内眦部滴入表面麻醉剂.术者将自制冲洗针头插入患眼泪点,一手拇指或食指或胶布固定冲洗器的硅胶管于颞部;之后瞩患者上肢躯干向正前方倾斜30°,头部向前下倾斜45°,另一手推注射器,边推边观察眼、鼻部水流情况.结果应用该方法20000余次无一呛咳、恶心不适,而且便于观察冲洗液流向及质量,可当即明确诊断.结论前倾式泪道冲洗方法在诊断、治疗泪道病方面方便易行,适合临床应用,特别是儿童.
Objective To observe the clinical application of self-made flushing apparatus with forward posture in irrigation of lacimal passage.Methods The self-made flushing apparatus was sterilized and connected with 5ml syringe filled with irrigation solution.The patient was seated with head backward and the surface anesthesia was dropped in the inner canthus.The self-made flushing needle was inserted in the punctum and the silicone tube was fixed at the temporal side by medical adhesive plaster or finger.Then the patient was asked to lean forward 30° With head down and forward at 45° angle.The lacrimal passage was irrigated and the fluid reflux was observed.Results About 20,000 patients had undergone this procedure.No choking cough or nausea was observed.The quality and quantity of reflux fluid were observed which was helpful of the diagnosis.Conclusion irrigation of lacrimal passage technique by self-made flushing apparatus with forward posture is easy to operate with good clinical efficacy,which is suitable for pediatric patients.
