缺血性眼病眼部动脉血流改变的临床对比观察 被引量:7

摘要 目的通过对缺血性眼病(IOP)患者患眼进行荧光素眼底血管造影(FFA)及彩色多普勒超声诊断仪等检查,观察患眼眼部血流改变情况。方法将我院眼科中心3年间临床确诊的IOP患者53例纳入研究,并将对侧健眼作为对照组进行对照研究,双眼同时行FFA及彩色多普勒超声检查,观察臂-视网膜(A-RCT)、眼动脉(OA)、视网膜中央动脉(CRA)、睫状后短动脉(PCA)收缩期血流峰值速度(PSV)、舒张末期血流速度(EDV)、阻力指数(RI)等变化,采用统计学方法对检查结果进行分析。结果 IOP患者患眼与其对侧健眼以下项目比较存在统计学差异:IOP患者患眼A-RCT较对侧健眼延长,OA、CRA、PSV血流速度降低,RI增高。结论 IOP患眼眼部各动脉血流速度、血流量均较低,阻力增大,循环时间延长,进一步导致球眼内血流量下降,致IOP患者患眼均存在血流量不足。 Objective To evaluate the hemodynamlc changes of eyes with isehemie ophthalmopathy ( IOP) by u- sing fluorescence fundus angiography (FFA) and color doppler imaging. Methods Totally 53 eases (53 eyes) of IOP pa- tlents were enrolled. FFA and color Doppler imaging examinations were conducted. Arm-retinal circulation time ( A-RCT), blood flow rate in ophthalmic artery ( OA) , central retinal artery ( CRA) , and short posterior ciliary artery ( PCA), peak systolic velocity ( PSV ), end diastolic velocity (EDV) and resistance index (RI) were measured. The results were ana- lyzed and compared to those of normal control subjects. Results Compared to control group, A-RCTwas longer, the blood flow rates in OA,CRA,PSV were smaller, and RI was higher in IOP patients. The differences were statistically significant. Conclusion In IOP patientss ocular circulation was compromised as evidenced by reduced blood flow rate, increased re- s/stance index, and prolonged cycling time. These results suggested under-perfusion in IOP eyes.
