摘要
通过大量的配方实验 ,利用 XRD和 OM分析 ,系统研究了 0 .2 K2 O- 0 .2 5 Ca O- 0 .5 5 Zn O- Al2 O3- Si O2系统硅锌矿析晶的物理化学基础 .研究结果表明 ,Zn2 S主要在 Si O2 含量 <2 .0 m ol的范围析出 ,且当Al2 O3含量 <0 .30 mol时才能获得大晶花结晶釉 ;用 Na2 O等摩尔取代 K2 O有利于获得大尺寸的硅锌矿结晶 ,但抑制系统的分相 ,因而难以获得具有特殊艺术效果的新型分相结晶釉 .
The influence on crystallizing of willemite in 0.20R 2O-0.25CaO-0.55ZnO-Al 2O 3-SiO 2 system of compositions and temperature scales are investigated in detail by OM and XRD. The studied results show that the willemite crystallite can be got when the content of SiO 2 is less than 2.00mol and macrocrystallite only in the region of Al 2O 3 content being less than 0.30mol. The tendency towards phase separation decreases and then benefits to the crystallizing of macrocrystallite of willemite with the equimolar substitution of K 2O by Na 2O .
