摘要
为了拓展污水回用方式 ,以解决我国水资源日益短缺现状 ,研究了利用 DGB吸附剂 (一种新的吸附剂 )对北京高碑店污水处理厂二级出水进行深度处理的工艺。静态吸附实验和 Crittenden模型计算结果表明 ,DGB吸附剂对出水中约 40 %的有机物吸附能力较强。投加 10 0 mg/ L的 DGB吸附剂与 2 5 m g/ L聚合氯化铝协同处理时 ,可去除约 6 8%的 UV- 436、 5 1%的 UV - 2 5 4、 2 9%的 DOC、 19%的 AOX。再经土壤渗滤 ,出水 DOC浓度可小于 3 m g/ L。 Ames试验表明 ,原水中含有较多移码型氯化致突物及部分碱基置换致突物 ,经 DGB吸附处理工艺 ,可去除 38%~ 46
To reduce water shortages and improve recycling, a typical secondary effluent (Gao Beidian Sewage Treatment Plant effluent) was treated with DGB adsorbent (a new adsorbent material). The adsorption isotherm test and the Crittenden model showed that almost 40% of the organic compounds could be easily adsorped by the DGB adsorbent. 100mg/L DGB adsorbent with 25mg/L polyaluminum chloride coagulation, removed about 68%, 51%, 29%, and 19% of organic compounds characterized by UV 436, UV 254, DOC, and AOX, respectively. The DOC concentration could decreased to less than 3mg/L after the treated waste water passed through a soil infiltration column. The Ames test result showed that the secondary effluent form Gao Beidian had relatively high levels of mutagenicity. 38%~46% of the base pair substitution mutagens in the feed water could be removed after the DGB adsorbent pretreatment
