摘要
核安全法规对于核安全一级管道的力学分析有详细的规定 ,由于计算手段的限制 ,核安全一级管道的力学计算常常十分棘手 ,不能满足分析法设计的要求。该文探讨了使用通用有限元软件对核一级管道进行力学分析的方法。以HTR- 10工程设计中的一个核安全一级管道系统为实例 ,介绍了采用 MARC通用有限元软件进行力学分析及力学评价的过程 ,重点介绍了如何满足核安全法规中对于核一级管道的力学分析的各个条款。
Nuclear codes have detailed regulations on the mechanical analysis of nuclear Class 1 piping. But limited calculation facilities restrict the analysis of Class 1 piping, so that design safety requirements are not satisfied. This paper discusses the mechanical analysis of Class 1 piping using general purpose finite element software. The general purpose finite element software MARC is used to analyze a Class 1 piping system in HTR 10 to introduce the procedure for mechanical analysis and safety evaluation. The objective is to satisfy the regulations for the Class 1 piping in nuclear codes. The method introduced in this paper can be used as a practical method for mechanical analysis of a nuclear Class 1 piping.
