超声引导Cool—tip转换器介导下多针消融离体猪肝的实验研究

摘要 目前,射频消融(RFA)在肝癌的非手术治疗中取得了较好的疗效。Cool—tip射频针由于精准、锐利、操作简单而广泛应用于临床,但其消融范围有限,治疗较大肿瘤时耗时、需要多次进针,且消融过程中产生的气体会影响再次进针,而新开发出的转换器可以同时介导2根或者3根射频针进行消融。本研究旨在通过体外猪肝实验,了解Cool—tip转换器介导下的多针Cool—tip射频针在离体猪肝上所形成的消融范围,为其应用于临床提供依据。
