摘要目的探讨丹参注射液与依达拉奉联合治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法 60例急性脑梗死患者随机分为丹参组(20例)、依达拉奉组(20例)及联合治疗组(20例)。在常规治疗基础上给予丹参组丹参注射液20 ml、依达拉奉组依达拉奉注射液30 mg静脉滴注,每日2次;联合治疗组联合应用丹参注射液及依达拉奉注射液。于入院时及入院第15 d时,检测各组的血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平和脑梗死面积,并进行比较。随访6个月,采用日常生活活动能力(ADL)评价预后。结果入院时,丹参组、依达拉奉组及联合治疗组梗死面积及血浆Hcy水平差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。入院15 d时,联合治疗组梗死面积显著小于丹参组及依达拉奉组(均P<0.05),丹参组及依达拉奉组梗死面积差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与入院时比较,联合治疗组第15 d时血浆Hcy水平显著降低(P<0.05),丹参组及依达拉奉组差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。联合治疗组功能恢复良好的比率显著高于丹参组(P<0.05)。Log-rank检验显示,各组间生存率差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论丹参注射液联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死有显著的疗效。 Objective To investigate curative effect of the therapeutic alliance of Salvia injection and edaravone in acute cerebral infarction.Methods Sixty patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into Salvia group （20 cases）,edaravone group （20 cases） and combined treatment group （20 cases）.On the routine therapy,Salvia group was given 20 ml Salvia injection intravenously perday; edaravone group was given 30 mg edaravone injection intravenously,twice a day; combined treatment group was given Salvia and edaravone injection.The level of plasma homocysteine （Hcy） and infarction area were tested at admission and 15 d after admission.Followed up for 6 months,the activities of daily living （ADL） was used to evaluation of prognosis.Results There was no statistical significance of infarction area and plasma Hcy levels between Salvia group,edaravone group and combined therapy group at admission （all P 〉 0.05）.At 15 d after admission,infarction area of combined treatment group was significantly smaller than that in Salvia group and edaravone group （all P 〈 0.05）,and there was no statistical significance between Salvia group and edaravone group （P 〉 0.05）.Compared with admission,the level of plasma Hcy in combination therapy group at 15 d after admission was significantly lower （P 〈 0.05）,the differences of Salvia group and edaravone group has no statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）.The rate of function recovered well in combined treatment group was significantly higher than Salvia group （P 〈 0.05）.Log-rank test showed that there was no difference in survival rate between the three groups （all P 〉 0.05）.Conclusion The therapeutic alliance of Salvia injection and edaravone has a significant curative effect on aute cerebral infarction.
