“8”字钢板治疗儿童低磷性佝偻病所致下肢畸形 被引量:13

摘要 目的低血磷性佝偻病儿童通常出现进行性的下肢畸形,本文的目的是评估应用“8”字钢板方法治疗此类儿童下肢畸形的效果。方法回顾性分析2008年7月至2012年6月间对17例患儿采用“8”字钢板方法治疗低血磷性佝偻病所致下肢畸形的临床资料。其中,男6例,女11例;年龄2~11岁,平均6.6岁。结果17例患儿中的15例经过“8”字钢板方法治疗后,随访16个月畸形矫正,并取出内固定。只有2例患儿畸形矫正不充分,需要进行截骨矫形手术治疗。平均临床及影像学随访时间28个月(12-44个月),共33例肢体进行了半骺阻滞手术,股胫角平均矫正15度(7-30度)。结论应用“8”字钢板治疗儿童低血磷性佝偻病所致下肢畸形是一种简单且有效的方法。 Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacies of using 8-plate in correcting lower extremity deformities of children with hypophosphatemic rickets. Methods Between July 2008 and June 2012,a cohort of 17 children with lower extremity deformities from hypophosphatemic rickets was treated by 8-plate procedures. There were 6 boys and 11 girls with an average age of 6. 6 (2-11) years. Results Among them, 15 cases were corrected to neutral after a removal of hardware during a follow-up of 16 months. Only 2 patients of insufficient correction underwent corrective osteotomy. The average duration of radiographic and clinical follow-up was 28 (12-44) months. Thirty-three limbs underwent hemiepiphysiodesis and the average correction of femoral-tibia angle was 15 (7-30) degrees. Conclusions Correction of lower extremity deformities from hypophosphatemic rickets by 8-plate is a simple and effective procedure.
