摘要
提出应用最小二乘法对变椭圆活塞裙部横截面线轮廓误差进行评价 ,建立了数学模型和相应的设计公式以及各个参数求解公式 ,编制了相应的应用程序 ,经过现场测试 ,获得了较为理想的测试结果 ,解决了变椭圆活塞裙部横截面线轮廓误差测量与评价的难题 。
We put forward the least square method dealing with the evaluation of contour of cross section of elliptical piston skirt, and set up it's mathematical model and relevant designing formulae as well as the calculation formulae of every parameters, moreover make relevant application applying to production and achieve quite perfectly testing results. That proves to be a satisfactory solution to the difficult problem about the evaluation of elliptical piston skirt contour. It provides warranty to spread and apply the elliptical piston.
