摘要
森工企业在拟定采集工艺时,必然要考虑生产效率、经济效益和生态问题。在新的作业条件下,需要开发新型集材装备,既能满足木材生产又能减少对林地环境的不利影响。三角履带是融合了轮胎与履带行走机构的优点而研发的新型行走机构,能适应各种恶劣的环境。本文对多功能集材机三角履带的主参数做分类概述,三角履带的主参数主要由集材机的相关参数和环境的相关数据共同决定。运用建模的方法对5种不同集材机主参数进行计算,通过实验获得诸如坡度、伐根高度等林区作业环境数据,运用统计方法进行数据处理,然后依据以上数据通过理论推导出5种不同多功能集材机三角履带的参考值。
In order to determine the harvesting technology, forestry enterprises have to consider the production efficiency, eco- nomic benefits as well as ecological issues. Under the new operating conditions, it is necessary to develop new skidding equipment, which can meet the requirement of timber production and reduce the adverse impacts on the woodland environment. A triangular track is a new running gear which combines the advantages of the tires and crawler system and can adapt to a variety of harsh conditions. In this paper, the main parameters of the muhi-functional skidder triangular track were reviewed. The main parameters of the triangular track were mainly determined by the related parameters of the skidder and the environmental data. Modeling method was used to calcu- late the main parameters of five different type of skidders. The environmental data such as slope, cutting height and other forest opera- tion data were collected from the field and statistical methods were applied in data processing. Through the theoretical derivation, the reference values for the five kinds of different multi-skidder triangular track were obtained.
