摘要
后整合时期煤炭企业面临的问题有四个:一是企业注销和登记工作进展缓慢;二是公司治理水平有待提高;三是各种纠纷困扰;四是所在地利益困扰。解决后整合时期山西煤炭企业面临的问题,要从开展清产核资工作,完善法人治理,处理好因整合而引发的各种纠纷,积极承担社会责任,完善有关政策5个方面着手。
There are four problems in the post integration of coal industry. First,it is diffi-cult to register and deregister the enterprises. Second,it is essential to enhance the level of cor-porate governance. Third,enterprise are perplexed by many disputes. Fourth,enterprise are perplexed by local interests. To solve this problems we should carry out assets and capital verifi-cation,to improve the corporate governance,to deal with all kinds of disputes perfectly,to posi-tive commitment to social responsibility,and to improve relevant policies.
