摘要
文章采用KES系统对16种制服面料在低负荷下的拉伸性能、剪切性能、弯曲性能、压缩性能、表面性能等进行测试,通过绘制"缝制加工控制图"分析制服面料的力学性能与成衣加工性能的关系,为制服面料成衣加工提供理论依据。
By means of KES system, the mechanical properties of sixteen uniform fabrics were measured, including tensile properties, shearing properties, flexural properties, compressive proper- ties, exterior properties and so on. Then the correlation between the mechanical properties and form- ability of uniform fabrics was analysied by drawing "the machining control picture of sewing". The re- search provids an academic foundation for uniform fabric manufacturing.
