摘要
本文从结构性观点(configurational approach)出发,通过整合创业导向的相关研究,全面探讨了企业创业导向和企业成长之间的关系,指出环境动态性对企业创业导向和企业成长之间的关系起到了正向调节作用,但这种调节效应存在阶段性特征,即初创和成长期、高环境动态性和高创业导向这种结构配置更有利于企业成长。本文通过对228家企业的问卷调查结果对该理论假设进行了验证,结果表明,相比成熟期的企业来说,环境动态性对初创成长期企业的创业导向和企业成长之间关系的正向调节作用会更明显。
Based on the configurational approach, this paper integrates the researches of entrepreneurial orientation （EO）, and then discusses the relationship between EO and firm growth. We argue that the environmental dynamics plays a positive moderating role on this relationship, which may be influenced by the specific life cycle characteristic. During the start - up and growing stage, the configuration of high environmental dynamics and EO will contribute to firm growth. In this paper, we test the hypotheses through a survey of 228 firms. And the result shows that, when compare with the mature firms, the positive moderating impact of environmental dynamics on the relationship between EO and firm growth will be stronger on the firms in start -up and growing stage.
